Sajid Javid is right, it’s time for the Muslim Council of Britain to go

New Home Secretary Sajid Javid went against decades of government policy when he refused to capitulate to the demands of the Muslim Council of Britain (MCB).

Javid, whose own religious status is veiled in mystery – he claims to be a non-muslim yet swore his oath of parliament on the Koran – refused to allow the MCB to peddle the myth of Muslim victimhood, which subsequently allows them to launch attacks on our cherished civil-liberties.

The MCB had asserted that the Conservative party had an anti-muslim problem. Indeed, Conservative party chairman Baroness Sayeeda Warsi, who is well known to be hostile to the British people, as well as being involved with extremist group MEND – another group which is part of the multi-pronged Islamist attack on western freedoms – backed up the MCB’s claims as she rubbished her own party.

Numerous governments, criminal in their neglect, have effectively facilitated the rise of these grooming gangs over a period of decades. The responsibility for internal British issues ultimately falls at the door of the Home Secretary – one Sajid Javid, recently appointed by Prime Minister Theresa May.

When the MCB called for an investigation into the party, Javid responded by saying the MCB ‘does not represent Muslims’ and shouldn’t be trusted. Indeed, he is correct. The MCB is not a democratic body. Itself, and the Muslim Council of Scotland – which we have reported on numerous times – are affiliated with numerous Jihadist groups across the Islamic world.

It has a history of sectarianism, anti-Semitism, homophobia, misogyny and Jihadist views It has been involved in trying to Islamise state schools by stealth and invites extremist preachers to this country – all this alongside the continual chipping away at national morale with its accusations and demands for sharia compliance.

The MCB is a menace to liberal society.

Column 5 repeats its call for the MCB to be liquidated. It should have no influence on government and it requires a full public investigation into their Jihadist links. We need to know about all its financial dealings and the individuals running it need to be investigated and prosecuted and/or deported where need be.

Sajid Javid is new into the job. Doubts remain about his motive and character. Yet here he has another opportunity to show his true colours. We’ve long said that Muslims themselves should be on the front line in the battle against Jihadists – here is Javid’s chance to really lay down a marker. Let’s hope he takes it.
